Pay it Forward

Look at that, 2 posts in 24 hours,

you want more?

I can give you more!

I was just browsing through these wonderful blogs and on Blog Blethers’ came across this…

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

It’s based of the concept of the movie “Pay it Forward” where acts or deeds of kindness are done without expecting something in return, just passing it on, with hope that the recipients of the acts of kindness are passed on. You all know I’m already a PIF type of person. So here’s how it works. I will make and send a handmade gift to the first 3 people who leave a comment to this post on my blog requesting to join this PIF exchange. I do not know what that gift will be yet, and it won’t be sent this month, probably not next month, but it will be sent (within 6 months) and that’s a promise! What YOU have to do in return, then, is pay it forward by making the same promise on your blog.

My gifts may be knitted, or may be another craft … I will do my best to pick something that the recipients would like. So – the first three people to comment and say that they would like to PIF, will be my recipients 🙂

Woohoo!

Funnily enough I began knitting for Christmas gifts yesterday…so I’m in the mood!

  1. I brought my lovely opals over to say hi;) I nearly spluttered my breakfast over the screen, roaring with laughter, when I read your comment, minxie:) I’m so so pleased you signed up for my PFI (though am quaking a little about making something for my Crafting Guru!).

When you have a moment, please drop me a wee email to blogblethers@yahoo.co.uk

I’ll have on my Sherlock Holmes hat;)
